HISTORY OF THE VILLAGE TUNGGILIS

        Formation begins with the history of the village Tunggilis Eyang Malangkars with his friends who are often called count to fifteen (cacah 15). Embah Malangkarsa came from the State Banjar, Central Java and comes pre-war Dutch Diponegoro in 1810. The village's original inhabitants are the descendants Tunggilis Embah ( mean=grandparent)Malangkarsa who has two children, the Eyang Patinggi and Eyang Jaksa. According to the story, he got a degree in Cikupa officials, District Pamarican in 1229 and this is evidenced in karopak copper.
        The other opinion states that the initial establishment of the Village Tunggilis comes from the village of Karang Kadawung, Gempalan precisely in what is now the hamlet Cimentek led by a village chief named Mr. Karta Winata (Eyangnya Mr. D. Solih) former head of the village to 18. Not long after the village of Karang Kadawung divided into two, namely the village Banjar and the village Buniasih. Buniasih according to the story village led by a hereditary chief of the village by Eyang Patinggi and the village of Banjar led by Mas Jaya Banjar village of the year 1812 to 1815. Headquarters in Bulak Banjar is now a village Banjarharja.
        Tunggilis's name from one of the (cacah 15) fifteen count as an ancestor named Grandmother Tunggilis is now his tomb is located in Cinyepret, Karang Nangka, Banjarharja Village. According to the story, which gave the name Eyang Patinggi Tunggilis Buniasih Village and later united into the village of Banjar Village Tunggilis.        View of the fact mentioned above, when the village head Mr. Leman Sudrajat, Village Tunggilis experience Banjarharja expansion into the Village in 1979 in accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Provincial Governor of West Java Avg. 939/Pem/120-Pemdes/SK/1978 dated June 15, 1978 on the Village Expansion.
